Our Monthly Home Maintenance Subscription Service Gives You the Peace of mind Knowing That Each Month, We Will Schedule a Visit to Your Property to Take Care of Ongoing and Seasonal Maintenance Tasks, Keeping Your Home Operating in Tip-Top Shape.

Monthly Services:

Your Dedicated Professional Handyman Will Spend 2 Hours / Monthly at Your Home Addressing Items on the Maintenance Agenda. Any Extra Time Will be Dedicated to the Homeowner’s Projects of Choice. Each Home is Unique so the Amount of Extra Time Available for Extra Tasks Will Vary from Month to Month. Additional Time Can be Scheduled at the Preferred Homeowner’s Rate of $85/hr.

This Plan Also Includes Monthly Lawn Care Services. We Will Mow Your Grass Bi-Weekly Through the Summer Months, Perform Seasonal Tasks Such as Dethatching and Aerating in the Spring, Leaf Clean-Up in the Fall and Snow Removal in the Winter.

Additional Services Can be Added for an Extra Fee. We Can Discuss Any Additional Items During the First Consultation. A Customized Monthly Package Can be Created to Fit Your Home’s Needs.
